Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you have any comments or complaints regarding our products, we invite you to contact us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
To facilitate the processing of your complaint, please:
- Describe the problem encountered precisely
- Attach photos of the product in question
- Indicate the order number and the date of receipt
We will review your claim within 3 to 5 business days and offer you an appropriate solution which may include, depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund, or the sending of a replacement product.

Shipping
We deliver our products exclusively to Morocco. Our delivery service covers the entire Moroccan territory, with predefined quantities for each destination.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound.
