Our Kouera Sahraouia are traditional chicken meatballs from southern Morocco, finely chopped and delicately spiced. The chicken meat is enriched with a colorful blend of finely chopped fresh vegetables, then coated in a golden crispy coating. Preparation
Our Kouera Sahraouia meatballs are prepared according to a traditional recipe. The chicken meat is finely chopped and then blended with finely diced vegetables and fresh herbs. Each meatball is hand-formed, then coated in a mixture of flour, egg, and breadcrumbs before being browned to perfection to achieve a crispy exterior while preserving a tender and flavorful center.

Conservation and Use
